All sales are considered final, credits are arranged for cancellations of items, less 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable/non-creditable once an order has gone out. Returns MUST first obtain a “Return Authorization Number” for customs clearance. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and postal fees (including returns and re-shipping) as well as duties VAT’s and customs evaluations where required by your local government. No taxes are collected or charged by this dealership. Sizes are only guaranteed on “Custom Tailored” purchases less return shipping fees etc. as stated above and require a return authorization number. Rush orders Required under the allotted time schedules shown above will incur a 25% surcharge, and special shipping requirements (i.e. Fed-Ex shipping) require additional shipping fees based on the final weight vs size determination of the package. No “Post shipment” billing will be allowed (ex. NO C.O.D.'s). All items are designed for static display (i.e. Desktop, mannequin, or isolated/cased ground display) only and are not intended for any other use. We put this on our web pages, since certain of our customers expect these items are MAGICALLY conjured to their wish and don't read our notices and expect the order to just appear at their door in a mere 2 days (and whine and cry when it doesn't). Seriously, lets be real about our expectations when we order please. There is NO WAY we can keep EVERY item, in EVERY style, in EVERY size, and EVERY color in stock for the over 800 items on this website, nor is your order the only one being made (These items are unique, hand made and in most cases NOT available anywhere else in the world. Thus there is a production waiting list for many of these items and other customers orders will proceed yours, so courtesy is EXPECTED from our customers). We attempt to maintain a small stock of the most popular items (we only have a 4000 sq ft warehouse to supply the world out of), but stock may be out at the time of your order. Most of the time your order will ship well-ahead of schedule, but please allow for the following schedules: Patches (Usually in stock)...........................................................................................1 week

The schedules posted above are generally correct, however may vary due to seasonal availability of materials, holiday or hobbiest event order overloads, etc. Courier In-Transit Schedules: Transit time: Check the message you will be receiving once the item is shipped for the type of service used. Base shipping is registered-airmail via Postal service with signature required upon receipt (unless otherwise specified), and will regularly take 3-4 weeks shipping, unless you've requested and PAID FOR expedited shipping with delivery track. All items should be considered as arriving by international shipping (NO EXCEPTIONS). Star Fortress is NOT responsible for courier or customs related delays once an order has been shipped.
