All sales are considered final, credits are arranged for cancellations of items, less 25% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable/non-creditable once an order has gone out. Returns MUST first obtain a “Return Authorization Number” for customs clearance. We put this on our webpages, since certain of our customers expect these items are MAGICALLY conjoured to their wish and don't read our notices and expect the order to just appear at their door in a mere 2 days (and whine and cry when it doesn't). We attempt to maintain a small stock of the most popular items (we only have a 4000 sq ft wharehouse to supply the world out of), but stock may be out at the time of your order.
